according to the Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter "Regulation"), this page describes the methods for processing personal data of users who visit the Micromed SPA website accessible electronically at www.micromed.eu. This information does not apply to other sites, pages or online services accessible via hypertext links that may be published on the sites but referring to resources outside the Micromed Spa domain.

Data holder

Legal basis of the processing

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by Micromed SpA to manage its website and provide the requested services such as sending information, or the possibility of communicating to the user Micromed S.p.A. products or services. and its affiliates. Micromed S.p.A. may also contact you via surveys to conduct research on your opinion of current services or regarding new services that may be offered.

Micromed Spa may, from time to time, contact you via the channel of your partners about a particular offer, which may be of interest, anyway, in this case too your personal data are not transferred to third parties. Micromed Spa can share some information with certified partners, to perform statistical analysis, send you mail, or otherwise prepare a delivery. Also in this case, these third parties are prohibited from using the information they hold for unforeseen uses external to the performance of their service requested by Micromed Spa and they are required to keep this information confidential.

Types of data processed and purpose of treatment

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI / URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in the submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Micromed Spa contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of the forms on the site itself, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in communications. Specific information will be published on the Micromed Spa website pages prepared for the provision of certain services.

Cookies and other tracking systems

We do not use cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used. Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient browsing of the sites. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information about cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with storage times no longer than seven days like other browsing data.

Recipients of the data

The data collected following the consultation of the sites listed above are the recipients of the following subjects appointed by Micromed Spa, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulations, as data controllers. Specifically: Visual Communication Srl relative to the www.micromed.eu site, as a provider of web platform development and maintenance services.

The personal data collected are also processed by the staff of Micromed Spa, which acts on the basis of specific instructions provided for the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

Micromed Spa does not sell or cede in any way this information to third parties.

Removal from registered users

The user can at any time request to be removed from the list of registered users and completely autonomously. Once connected to the Micromed Spa website, in its preferences it finds the function of "Unregister". Since this function causes the complete removal of all the data present, it is not possible to send an e-mail to confirm the operation.

Security of your personal data

Micromed Spa secures your personal information from unauthorized access because it is stored and protected in a secure and controlled environment.

Changes to the protection of privacy

Micromed Spa may modify these privacy notes to comply with any regulatory changes or changes that could affect the processing of data. It is therefore advisable to read them periodically.

Rights of the interested parties

The interested parties have the right to obtain from Micromed Spa, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (Articles 15 and following of the Regulations). The appropriate application is presented by sending an email to micromed@micromed.eu.

Claim right

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data reported to them through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulations, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Rules).
